Dr. Dustin Hetke performed my exam today. The exam was comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Hetke and the staff were awesome - knowledgeable, professional, and cheerful - answering all my questions and concerns.

The woman who gave me testing was very energetic and although a new computer software, she breezed right through it. I appreciated her humor. As always, Dr. Jennifer is very pleasant and was able to reassure me that everything is fine.

Dr. Jennifer Jacobson has been our family's eye physician for many, many years. The entire staff is professional and caring. Dr. Jennifer Jacobson stays on top of current research and development which has helped us through some serious health issues. There is also a strong focus at Jacobson Advanced Eye Care on maintaining eye health as well as careful guidance in pursuing better life quality with some of the current options available for vision. They are well connected with an excellent surgical team. Under careful guidance from Dr. Jennifer Jacobson and Dr. Tom Harvey, I pursued cataract surgery with vision correcting lens implants. It has been life changing to have the ability to see clearly at all distances without glasses or contacts. Cumberland is so fortunate to have the highest quality eye healthcare.

Jennifer and the crew are all very professional and simultaneously a whole lot of fun. Examining your eyes can be lots of fun there. They will not only correct your vision, but get you to see the world in a new light no matter how bad your eyesight is.

Dr. Jennifer and the entire staff are wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, caring, and always take time for their patients. I really appreciate the individual attention that Dr. Jennifer gives - she gets to know her patients, never rushes through appointments, encourages questions, and addresses all of my concerns.

Dr. Jennifer is an excellent eye doctor. I always feel completely satisfied with whatever her diagnosis is. The customer service of her employees is also excellent. Kindness, promptness, courtesy and the best care I have ever had for my eyes.

After a severe thunderstorm of a whiteout with 1” balls of hail breaking 6 of my windows, totaling my shingles & siding —— one window broke through firing into my kitchen as though through a machine gun. Holding a cookie sheet against the upper double hung window, fighting a firing squad of hail, one hit me above my eye with eyes shut. Thank the Lord. I saw flashing lights almost continuously about 3 days later. Dr. Jennifer Jacobson Turcot dropped everything as soon as she could after her busy day, her staff left just about as soon as I came in. after hrs. (Friday) It was an emergency. She came in just for me!! I was upset after reading this could cause vision loss if you don’t see a specialist asap. (Laser surgery recommended) After many tests being very thorough she said “Your eyes look great!!” Earlier I had been prayed for and the flashing lights disappeared on the way to see Dr. Jacobson. I was healed by the power of prayer in Jesus name 😅😄😎 I had to make sure my eyes were fine. (My security, my sight) Dr Jennifer couldn’t have been more kind. I highly recommend her expertise. I love her personality. Great staff too.
